Reserve your date with $150.
- $150 non-refundable deposit is due upon signing the agreement and applies toward the party total.
- Remaining balance is due 24 hours before the party time.
- Final child count is due 5 days before the party.
- Paid time extensions and add-ons are confirmed based on availability.
Outside Food Policy
Let our cafe handle the hot food.
Families may bring a birthday cake, cupcakes, desserts, and appetizers. Outside hot meals, pizzas, entrees, or full hot-food trays are not permitted. Other hot food must be ordered through Kidz Play Cafe.
Adult admission is complimentary. Signature VIP includes 1 coffee or tea of choice per parent plus bottled water for adults; the coffee station can be added to Mini or Classic for $35.

How long is a party?
Standard packages include 2 hours of private facility use. Add extra time for $50 per additional hour, up to 4 hours total, subject to availability.
Are weekday and weekend prices different?
No. Mini Play is $299, Classic is $399, and Signature VIP is $499 regardless of the day, subject to availability.
Can I invite more than the package headcount?
Yes. Additional children are $25 each. Final attendance is confirmed before the event.
Can adults attend?
Yes. Adult guests are complimentary. Signature VIP includes 1 coffee or tea of choice per parent plus bottled water for adults; an adult coffee station is $35 with Mini or Classic.
Can I bring outside food?
Cakes, cupcakes, desserts, and appetizers are welcome. Outside hot meals, pizzas, entrees, and full hot-food trays are not permitted.
Are decorations included?
Mini includes solid-color paper goods. Classic and Signature VIP include themed paper goods and decorations. A backdrop and 6-8 foot balloon garland package is available for $150; premium/custom decor starts at $299.
Are party favors included?
Signature VIP includes one goody bag per child. Favor packs for Mini and Classic are optional at $8 per child with a 10-pack minimum.
