Outside Food Policy
Let our cafe handle the hot food.
No outside hot meals, pizzas, entrées, or full hot-food trays are permitted. Families may bring a birthday cake, cupcakes, desserts, and appetizers. Hot food for the party must otherwise be ordered through Kidz Play Cafe.

What time do birthday parties happen?
Private parties are scheduled during our evening private event block from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
What happens to open play on party nights?
On booked party evenings, public open play closes at 4:00 PM so the venue becomes a private event space.
Can I invite more than the package headcount?
Yes. Additional children are $25 each and include food, a snack, and a drink. Final attendance is confirmed with your booking.
Can adults attend?
Yes. Adult guests are welcome and complimentary. Coffee and bottled water are included for adults.
Can I bring outside food?
No outside hot meals, pizzas, entrées, or full hot-food trays are allowed. You may bring cakes, cupcakes, desserts, and appetizers. Other hot food must be ordered through our cafe.
Are decorations included?
Basic party setup is included. A standard backdrop with a 6–8 foot balloon garland, up to three colors, personalized name/age sign, setup, and takedown may be added for $249.
Are party favors included?
Twenty favor packs are included in the Ultimate Color Splash package. For the Playful Party and Super Celebration packages, favor packs are available for $8 per child with a 10-pack minimum.
